Warranty

 All our products  come with a minimum of twelve months warranty against failure of any component that is not down to normal wear and tear (or abuse) or lack of ink / toner. We guarantee not only the cartridge supplied but also the machine it is installed in.

Please be aware the use of a non original product does not invalidate either your warranty or any maintenance agreement you may have with the supplier or manufacturer of your printer. Please contact us for clarification of the above statement should you have any concerns.

In the event of a failure please contact us as soon as possible on 0845 388 8081 with a description of the fault, date of purchase etc so we can arrange collection and replacement/refund at your earliest convenience.
